From San Sebastian and Bilbao:
Coming from A-8 highway: Drive all the way till end of the highway. Get out the highway in exit 15. Once you leave the highway, turn right on the first roundabout. Drive towards Arrasate-Mondragón, south. Go along road GI-627, up to “San Prudencio” roundabout. Once there, turn right and drive along GI-2630 for about 6 kms, up to a village called Oñate. Do not go inside the village. Keep driving along GI-2630 up to another roundabout. Drive straight on and turn right on the first crossroad. As soon as you start going up the slope (GI-3591), “Palillos Betik S.A” is on the right hand side.

From Vitoria:
Drive along the N-240 for about 8,5 km up to a roundabout where it says “Urbina”. Once there get out the main road in exit 2, road A-627. Drive along this road for about 26 kms, up to “San Prudencio” roundabout. Once there, turn right and drive along GI-2630 for about 6 kms, up to a village called Oñate. Do not go inside the village. Keep driving along GI-2630 up to another roundabout. Drive straight on and turn right on the first crossroad. As soon as you start going up the slope (GI-3591), “Palillos Betik S.A” is on the right hand side.
